Sunnyside will be hosting a flu shot clinic on Thursday, November 12, from 2:00 to 4:00PM. The clinic will take place on the field. Please enter through the west gate to the field on Road 216. You will drive down the track and exit through the bus barn. You will need to have completed forms (see links) or fill out the forms upon arrival. Having them filled out prior to the event will expedite the process. You will remain in your vehicle and will be pre screened for COVID 19 symptoms.
