Students currently enrolled in TK at Sunnyside Elementary do not need to attend.

Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate or Passport
Immunization Record
Oral Health Assessment
Proof of Residence in our District (Utility Bill, DMV car registration, Current Bank Statement) or Proof of Interdistrict
